Information

Adult Co-operative Education

This one or two credit program enables students to gain valuable on-the-job experience with local businesses and industries. Students learn how to apply what is learned in the day school program to the workplace and employers have an opportunity to both share their expertise and preview the student as a potential employee. Enquire at your nearest Adult Education Centre for more information.

Computers

All our programs make use of computers and their applications including the internet.

College and Workplace Preparation

Adult Education Programs focus on what will be asked of you when you enter or return to the workplace or continue your studies at college. We can also help you prepare to enter the workforce as a business owner by focusing on applicable business communications skills and computer applications including Web Page Design, Computer Presentations and Desktop Publishing. These programs are offered at no cost (book deposit is required)

Maturity Credits

You could be closer to graduation than you think! You could need as few as 4 credits to graduate with your High School Diploma if you are 18 years of age and you have been out of school for at least one year and started secondary school in Ontario prior to 1999. For more information please call 705.324.5280.
