Can I attend a Board Meeting?
The public is encouraged to attend Committee of the Whole and Regular meetings of the Board, which are held alternately on the second and fourth Tuesday of most months at 6:30 p.m. Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are also webcast live through a link on our homepage.

Can I attend a Board Meeting from another location?
Video conference access to all Committee of the Whole and Regular Board meetings is available at the following locations:
Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School - McMurray Room
Archie Stouffer Elementary School, Minden - Treetop Room in the Conference Centre
Lindsay Corporate Office - Board Room
Please provide 24 hours notice to the Communications Office at 1-888-526-5552 ext 22129 if you would like to attend a Board or Committee of the Whole meeting via video conference.

How do I find out what happened at a Board Meeting?
Board Meeting Highlights are available on the TLDSB website following most Committee of the Whole and Regular Board meetings.
Within a few days following Regular meetings of the Board a recorded webcast of the meeting will be available on the website homepage.
