Trillium Lakelands covers a large geographic area, encompassing approximately 11,500 square kilometres.

Communities forming the boundaries are Novar (north of Huntsville, Cardiff, Kinmount, Bobcaygeon, Pontypool, Woodville, Severn Bridge, Honey Harbour, and Glen Orchard.
