Student Activity Fees for 2008 – 2009

· ALL students are required to purchase one of the activity packages listed below.

· Option A is the standard package for all students attending FFSS.

· Cheques are to be made payable to: Fenelon Falls Secondary School

· Postdated cheques or cheques in installments will be accepted, dated no later than Friday September 26, 2008

v If you are unsure about your level of extra-curricular participation, purchase Option A and upgrade if you participate.

v NO REFUNDS will be issued for non-participation.

Option A: - Receives the 2008-2009 photo I.D. card and student planner.

- Allows access to all spirit events, special assemblies, SAC events, and the weight room.

- Allows participation in any in-school club or group.

Option B: - Gets the 2008-2009 photo I.D. card and student planner.

- Allows participation in any in-school club or group.

- Allows participation in ONE interschool activity (Athletic or Sears Drama).

Option C: - Gets the 2008-2009 photo I.D. card and student planner.

- Allows participation in any in-school club or group.

- Allows participation in TWO interschool activities (Athletic or Sears Drama).

Option D: - Gets the 2008-2009 photo I.D. card and student planner.

- Allows participation in MORE THAN TWO interschool activities (Athletic or Sears Drama).
